SKILLS
Each session will focus on skating, passing, shooting and puck control. This will be followed by small area games where the focus is on puck touches, teamwork and competition but mostly the enjoyment of the game.
REQUIREMENTS
All participants are required to bring their own protective equipment including mouth guard as prescribed by USA Hockey regulations.
